Wood Pellet Mill Ring Die Delivery to Vietnam

1.5 TPH wood pellet plant was installed in Vietnam in the year of 2016. It has been in operation for more than two years. The project adopted SPM520 type wood pellet mill to make rubber wood pellets. Rubber wood is very special raw material for wood pellet production. To guarantee the density, hardness, durability of Rubber wood pellets, SIMEC has developed specialized technology to pelletize rubber wood sawdust.
 
From the feedback of this project, SIMEC ring die has about 6 months’ service life. SIMEC has very strict quality control standard for design, raw material, process precision, special heat treatment, etc.
 
Together with the ring die, some rollers will be delivered in the same shipment to HoChiMinh Port.
