SIMEC has set up many bagasse pellet production lines all over the world, South America, Iran, Southeast Asia, etc. One of our bagasse pellet projects located in central Java, Indonesia has been operated for more than 2 years. The production line includes Bagasse Drying System, Bagasse Crushing System, Bagasse Pelletizing System, Bagasse Pellet Cooling, Sieving and Jumbo Bag Packing System. The customer has ordered the spare parts, one piece of ring die of SPM780 and 4 pieces of roller assembly from SIMEC recently. The ring die is made specially for processing the sugarcane  bagasse pellets. It has been through the carburizing heat treatment, which make the ring die harder and enlarges the life span. The roller assembly has also been through the thermal treatment, which makes roller with high intensity, strong tenacity and wearability. The spare parts have been finished and shipped to the customer.
