Paprika Flour Pelletizing Test

One of our customers from Peru would produce pellets from flour/farina from lucuma, annatto seeds, paprika for human consumption and other industry.
So we prepared 30Kg paprika flour for testing. We did the test in our demonstrate workshop. 4mm stainless steel ring die with 1:11 compression ratio was assembled on SFPM250 pellet mill. After conditioning the ring die for 15 minutes, the paprika flour was fed into the pellet mill by screw conveyor. Minutes later the paprika pellets were pressed out smoothly, and pellet mill was running very well. The capacity of this trial has reached to 2TPH. The testing was successful.

In addition to making the paprika flour pellets, our SFPM250 pellet mill can process a variety of feed raw materials:
Feed powder: plant starch, fish meal, bone meal etc.
Crushed grains: wheat, corn, plant seeds, soy bean etc.
Oil cake: soybean oil cake, peanut cake, cotton seed oil cake etc.
Other material: pomace, spent coffee grounds
